he month of March is dedicated to my post weight loss gals. The
mythical promise women are sold is that there is some sort of
magical happy land at the end of a weight loss journey. The scale
should register a certain number and BAM! You should feel better,
right? What happens if you don’t automatically see unicorns and
rainbows after you lose the weight? What if you literally still see
yourself as fat?
These are the questions I often get asked by my glam gals. I just want to give you all big squishy hugs and reassure you. Now listen up lady!
